Arval, the ArcelorMittal brand specialising in steel solutions for facades, roofs and floors has introduced EVOS, a new cladding system that offers architects and investors customised design options. The new concept is based on a simple base profile with click-on coverplates in different shapes and colours that can be used to reversibly and almost infinitely vary the facade design.
With Imageo, Arval is introducing a product to the market which enables images and graphics to be integrated into facades on a large scale using printed sheet steel. Whether large landscape panoramas, pictures of individual objects, drawings and writing by famous artists, or simply a company logo, Imageo transfers the architect's or client's own powers of imagination directly into the polyester coating of the steel sheet. This results in boundless possibilities for customised facade design.
ArcelorMittal Construction will be presenting four new products from Arval at the BAU 2011 trade fair from 17 to 22 January. The new system solutions it will be introducing include a new coating system for roofing and wall elements, two new cladding systems as well as a new composite flooring system. The company's portfolio of roofing and wall cladding products will also be presented as well as the range offered by ArcelorMittal-Pflaum in Austria.
